Decisions decide destiny

Even the slightest actions can have the biggest consequences.

“Trust yourself”, they all say.
”Trust all decisions you make, don’t they shape you?”
”Decide things for yourself, no matter it is good or not.”

But I object.
Decisions that decide your destiny shouldn’t be made in a haze, it should be properly calculated, understood then executed.

You need not regret the decisions you make and try to calm yourself with some words from people who are just trying to set you up for failure.

By destiny changing decisions, I don’t mean petty or normal decisions. I actually do mean big things.

For a person, there can be several things they prioritize. In a mass, there will surely be someone who prioritizes something other than some do. Decisions related to your growth are the most crucial.
Don’t let yourself be the hurdle in your own path of success.

Some people love stupidly, some people choose a job that they don’t like, some people fear separating from people who are sucking the energy out of you, and you, are the some people who let bad outcomes follow your life by leaving trails of recklessness.

I have known people who think more about what to wear than who to love, those same people who will whine calling themselves unlucky in love.

I have known people who were guaranteed in a high-paying job but lose themselves completely in the process, because that is not who they are.

I have met people who look timid, lifeless or solemn all the time around the people who hurt them, who bully them and ignore them but still, they don’t leave because they are terrified of being alone.

Be alone.
Learn to embrace yourself.
If you yourself can’t enjoy your own company then why do you expect others to do so.
You will never reach the milestone you wanted by underestimating yourself.
You are as great as the cloud in the sky.
Nothing will be able to hold you, for you are forever free.

And it is when you make decisions for yourself that you look back and realize that your decisions do shape destiny.

Let yourself decide.
